I’ve been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes for more than ten years ago. And I’ve lived more than 2 years without insulin, with normal blood sugar levels, by changing my diet and exercising more. Here’s a great example of the diet with which I managed to overcome diabetes!
A great diet plan for diabetes: Breakfast
One of my favorites diabetic friendly breakfast is a bowl of cereals with dry fruits & nuts. Although not any of them!! I opt for natural, unsweetened whole cereals, for instance several of Nature’s Path products, or just soaked or slowly cooked oatmeal, spelt, buckwheat or millet. For milk, I choose organic and unsweetened soy milk (Natur-a or So nice), or maybe I make the personal milk of mine, with soaked almonds, soy, sesame, rice, otherwise. Never ever will I make use of cow or maybe animal milk, as it is not destined for adults, especially not adults of another species.
What make those cereals delicious are the fresh fruits and nuts I include. On the evening, I soak dried fruits (apple, cranberries (no sugar), cherries, blueberries, goji berries, apricots, etc), and about 2 3 of each of the nuts: almonds, hazelnuts, cashews, peanuts, brazil nuts, walnuts, pine nuts, and chia seeds. All ingredients are raw and organic. On summer time, I naturally increase the fresh fruit.
On the morning, I combine the cereals as well as milk, and certain powder of psyllium, and then spices if desired, ginger, carob powder, cinnamon, otherwise. The outcome is absolutely delicious, nutritious, and my blood glucose level is always natural within 2 hours after I take in this.
A great diet plan for diabetes: Lunch
My personal favorite diabetic-friendly lunch is a complete salad. This particular salad usually has a few diverse types of finely chopped greens, for instance kale-broccoli-parsley, or maybe arugula-dandelion-basil, or maybe lettuce-chive-coriander, or else.
Well then it has a good number of finely cut vegetables as well as fruits, for example carrots-mushrooms-tomatoes, or glucotrust Supplement perhaps apple-onion-carrots, as well as zucchini-mushroom-black olives-red pepper, or perhaps banana-orange-strawberry (especially delectable with arugula and basil) etc, in accordance with what is in the fridge and the taste of yours.
